Come hang out and ride with us at the Projects! Wakeboarders & wakeskaters…we will be riding the System 2 from 12-5pm and grilling out.
Feel free to bring extra snacks to throw on the grill, floats, etc.

Dallas Friday’s S bend
At the beginning of July, Dallas Friday became the first female wakeboarder to land an S-Bend on a regular boat tower. Jonathan at thewakeplace.com had the footage for all this time, knowing that she would unleash it to the public at Nationals – which she has. So not only did she land it on the regular tower, but she is the first to ever land one in competition for the girls! The video shows the progression that Dallas has gone through to get to the stage of trying it behind the boat. At the moment, no other female rider is working as hard as Dallas is. Her schedule to land this trick was intense and she did everything needed from trampoline work and riding as much cable as she could. Mike Ferraro was once again behind this transformation, that took her about 3 weeks to complete. She also became the first girl to do a 270 on the Transfer box at nationals, in short she’s killing it right now. Who knows what we will see from her in the months to come…. Congrats to Dallas!

The video was made to showcase women’s strengths and athletic ability in wake sports; to show that ladies are throwing down all over the world and to inspire more girls to get out there and have some fun on the water! I hope you like it.

Meagan Ethell – the 12 year old wakeboard sensation!
For anyone who hasn’t heard of Meagan Ethell, she is a 12 year old rippah who just started competing on the pro tour. She absolutely kills it and will definitely be a force to be reckoned with in the next few years to come. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for this dedicated little wakeboarder.
