Glad to see you are still checking throwitdown.ca out even though we have not been posting any new content recently!!! The reason for that is because we’ve been working super hard on the NEW TID websites throwitdown.com. The new website is much more user friendly AND interactive. It also is the new spot to register for our girls clinics which are expanding nation-wide and into the states as well!
